"order dominoes tonight because I couldn’t get to the grocery store before the snow hit. They were able to deliver in 20 minutes and the pizza was hot, very surprised and pleased given the weather."

"The complaints I see on here are mostly about a time issue. If you are ordering during peak times it’s going to take longer. Sometimes drivers are delivering to 5 different houses and they get back in the store and there will be dozens of orders to still get out. If you want it for a specific time, order it way before hand and request a specific time."

"The manager helped me reach another Dominos whose phone was out of order. I had to cancel a large order due to a snow day. They were kind and helpful while I was in a panic. Thank you so much. "Best deals from the most courteous and professional staff in the area! Literally just ordered for the 4th time in 3 days because family loves the pastas and breads. Drivers are always polite and fun - we check the tracker to see who is going to be delivering the order and know them by name and face by now. The tracker is my favorite option so we know the progress of the order and I feel knowing who is coming to your door gives a nice secure feeling as you’re not opening the door to a stranger. And you can set up a text that will notify you when you’re driver is 2 mins away so you can be ready with money by the door instead of scrambling when the driver knocks. I’m starting to get the feeling the drivers know our order and us the second the order hits their system - but I’m okay with that! We try to tip well because we’ve only had positive encounters with the drivers. One fav, Jason, noticed our sauces were not included in our order and given our positive history I told him it was ok because I was sure we had some from previous orders. He apologized and left only to return before we had our plates set up to eat with the missing sauces. He did it without being asked and we appreciate him making sure we were satisfied. Another driver arrived 5 mins quicker than my husband and I did not have enough cash to completely pay for our order. He had other deliveries to make and since he knew we were regulars told me to take the order so it would be hot and he’d return for full payment on his way back to the store. I was impressed with his willingness to do that for us - and when he returned for payment I thanked him for his trust. He stated he didn’t want us or his other deliveries to have a cold meal. I am still impressed with his concern and willingness to offer to do something extra and out of his way for us so we, along with other families, could enjoy dinner. I am sure this doesn’t happen - and I’m sure he would’ve had to have personally paid for our order if we were dishonest. This Dominos is the best ever!!"

"I originally had given one star due to a number of orders that had numerous issues, but I decided to try this location again and it's gotten better. I haven't had any issues with customization or toppings, but they still go pretty light on the sauce. I've ordered twice now and both orders were pretty good overall."

"Best customer service I have experienced in a LONG time. I called in to follow up on an order that I had placed but had not received yet. I had the pleasure of speaking with Rachel. She assured me that my order was received however the driver was a little behind. Rachel also explained that since the driver was behind/took too long to get my pizza once it was ready she remade it and sent both pizzas out. I had no room to complain or be upset. If Rachel is not a manager here, she should be! Thank you for being PROACTIVE and not REACTIVE !!!"

"Delivery was super quick and the pizza was way better than I expected, so I had to leave a review. A lot of times I’ve ordered it’s been hit or miss lately, but this one was good enough that I had to take a picture and share. Thank you to the cook/maker that went above the standard!"

I picked it up for the first time and watched while they were making their Pizzas and I do not see how they are able to make all Thease Pizzas and get them out the door on a timely basis! I was very impressed and never realized everything they do and as many orders as they fill on a timely Basis! Job's Well Done! I give them a A+."

"I went here way too often and spent way too much money, but I still rate it 5 stars. The food is cheap, good, and available on late nights. The mix-and-match deal wreaked havoc on my poor bank account. I apologize to the delivery drivers and other workers when I ordered right at midnight after a night out. This location is quick and consistent, and it beats out the few other choices for pizza in Kirksville."
